We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Training Lead to join our Digital Health team. This role is responsible for providing clinical oversight of onboarding and training programs to ensure clinicians are prepared for safe and effective practice within Aspen Medical’s digital health services. Working closely with clinical, operational and workforce teams, you will support the development of training programs, clinical competency frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and maintain high standards of virtual healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities * Design, deliver and evaluate Digital Health clinical training programs aligned with program and contractual requirements. * Ensure training and onboarding comply with Digital Health clinical quality frameworks, regulatory standards, and safe digital care practices. * Develop and review onboarding materials, competency frameworks, policies and clinical training collateral. * Conduct clinical assessments and provide advice on clinician readiness for independent practice. * Identify and escalate risks, gaps or improvements relating to training, onboarding and workforce readiness. * Collaborate with training and operational teams to maintain clinical accuracy and implement client-driven content updates. * Contribute to training quality improvement initiatives and workforce capability development. * Support reporting, training coordination, stakeholder engagement and other administrative activities as required.  About You You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about clinical education, workforce capability and the delivery of safe, high-quality virtual healthcare services. You are highly organised, collaborative and confident providing clinical guidance within a dynamic digital health environment. Essential * Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of five years’ clinical experience. * Postgraduate qualification in teaching or training (e.g. Graduate Certificate in Nursing Education or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – TAE). * Demonstrated experience in clinical training, education or facilitation. Contemporary knowledge of virtual health or telehealth services. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. * Understanding of compliance, accreditation and/or audit processes. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving service environments. Highly Desirable * Experience working as an Advanced Practice Lead or in a similar clinical leadership role. * Demonstrated knowledge of digital health, telehealth or virtual care delivery models. * Commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in digital healthcare delivery.  What we offer * Full-time, fixed-term position until 30 June 2027, with the possibility of extension. * Fully remote working arrangements. * Access to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program. * Opportunity to contribute to meaningful digital healthcare outcomes and workforce capability.
