We Are Hiring Location: Kyle, TX Facility: Seton Medical Center Hays Department/Specialty: Trauma Services Schedule: Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8am-5pm | Hybrid What You Will Do Collect and analyze clinical data from multiple sources to support quality improvement initiatives, patient care outcomes, and healthcare operational performance. Compile accurate analytical and statistical reports that strengthen clinical documentation processes, support care coordination, and improve organizational decision-making. Develop standardized healthcare reporting formats that enhance Electronic Health Records (EHR) data accuracy, compliance monitoring, and interdisciplinary team communication. Oversee ad hoc management reporting requests by delivering timely clinical insights that support operational efficiency, patient safety, and quality improvement goals. Manage the Trauma Registry by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining accurate trauma data to support patient care quality and regulatory compliance. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
