Description

Looking for a driven individual to join our clinical trials team at Pioneer Clinical Research. We are a privately owned research clinic located in North Sydney within a short walk from the metro and train station.
The purpose of this role is to help assist in the care, safety and co-ordination of patients participating in clinical trials on a daily basis, plus the collection and recording of relevant trial data required by our Principal Investigator, Trials Team and Sponsors.
The ideal candidate for this role will have had experience in a similar role and is looking to gain further experience with progression to the role of Clinical Trials Co-ordinator. Part-time or full-time will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Principal Investigator (PI) and trials team to manage the day-to-day activities of a clinical trial including problem-solving, communication, and protocol management.
  • Build rapport and liaise with patients on your clinical trials
  • Conduct all aspects of the trial in accordance with GCP guidelines and trial protocol
  • Ensuring informed consent is obtained and stored
  • Completion of data entry, data queries, & quality assurance checks
  • Liaising with Clinical Research Associates and Sponsor Representatives
  • Tracking and proactively following up on any adverse events
  • Collection and management of study data including maintaining accurate and complete study record.
  • Coordinating the logistics of the study visits,
  • Maintain the Investigator Site Files in SiteDocs (training provided).
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Collect, process, label and store samples appropriately as required by trial protocols
