Your area of responsibility
- Administrative study preparation: Preparation and submission of documents to ethics committees and authorities, planning of study initiations
- Coordination and communication: Support in the planning and execution of study-related meetings, interface between investigators, sponsor, study personnel and external partners.
- Study logistics & documentation: Maintenance of study-related documents and data, support with data management
- Quality & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with GCP, regulatory requirements and internal processes, preparation for audits and inspections
- Training & Support: Organization of training courses for study staff, support of the team in study-specific processes.
Your profile
- Qualification: Completed studies or training in the medical, scientific or health-related field
- Industry experience: Ideally, experience in the medical or healthcare sector; relevant professional experience and knowledge of GCP are advantageous.
- IT skills: Proficient use of MS Office
- Language skills: Very good German skills (min. level C1) and good English skills
- Soft skills: High reliability, loyalty and commitment, structured and independent work style, excellent communication skills and strong organizational talent
