Job Description As part of the PSI team, you will have a fair degree of ownership and autonomy to make nuanced country-and department-specific adjustments while nurturing the global PSI culture that unites us across six continents. You will: Act as a specialized liaison to assist sites with a protocol-tailored approach to increase efficiency of the patient identification and recruitment process Assist sites in developing and implementing patient enrollment techniques Coordinate site specific patient recruitment and retention plans observing the planned metrics Provide information specific to the area of expertise to site team members involved in patient recruitment Identify, track, and report patient enrollment progress throughout the study Analyze the protocol in order to provide the site with the support needed to improve the patient pathway Provide support to the project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to patient enrollment Assist and advise the site monitor in the area of patient enrollment Provide information related to patient enrollment to Business Development to use for proposals Qualifications MD, Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent education Clinical Research experience is desired, but not mandatory A minimum of 5 years of experience in Gastroenterology Experience in operation and QC procedures related to the equipment used in the specialized area Full working proficiency in Hungarian and English Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with a wide range of people Self-motivated and possess the ability to work in both a team setting as well as independently Strong communication & presentation skills Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
