The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Clinical Trial Manager / Project Lead to take ownership of protocol-level delivery, lead cross-functional teams and build strong sponsor relationships.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years’ clinical trial management experience
• 3+ years within a CRO
• CTM, CPM or Clinical Project Lead background
• Strong sponsor-facing and protocol delivery experience
• Proven ability to lead teams remotely and manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Adaptable, personable and comfortable wearing multiple hats
• A proactive, positive approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
