JOB SUMMARY

As our Clinical Wellness Coordinator, you will serve as a vital member of both the administrative and clinical teams. Your primary responsibilities will include ongoing patient follow-up, administering IM and SubQ injections, and performing GLP-1 and hormone therapy intake appointments. You will also help cover front desk operations as needed, and you’ll play a key role in educating patients, monitoring progress, and ensuring clear and consistent documentation.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in physiology, fitness, or integrative wellness who is confident working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinic environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Medical Assistant (MA) certification is required
• Sales experience is required
• Experience with IM and SubQ injections is preferred, or willingness to be trained
• Familiarity with EHR systems
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Background in exercise science, personal training, bodybuilding, nutrition, or related field preferred

• Perform GLP-1 and hormone therapy intake appointments
• Conduct regular follow-up with patients via phone, email, and in-person check-ins
• Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SubQ) injections, delegated under the supervision of our medical director.
• Track and document patient progress, side effects, and outcomes in detail
• Maintain thorough, up-to-date chart notes and log all patient communications
• Escalate cases to the physician when appropriate and use clinical judgment to discern when escalation is necessary
• Educate patients on clinic protocols, medications, and therapy timelines
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality treatment
