About the role Kaimetrix is seeking a Clinical Workflow Analyst – Level IV to provide senior-level leadership and oversight for clinical systems and workflow optimization in a secure, mission-critical healthcare environment. This role is responsible for the installation, management, and continuous improvement of medical computer systems to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations. What you'll do Provide strategic oversight for the installation and management of medical computer systems supporting clinical workflows Direct workflow analysis efforts for large-scale application development and process re-engineering initiatives Establish and enforce quality control measures across software application data, security controls, and environmental infrastructure Lead efforts to optimize clinical systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical workflow processes and systems integration Ensure systems are aligned with organizational requirements and support mission-critical clinical operations Provide technical leadership and guidance to analysts and support personnel Serve in a site lead capacity, coordinating workflow analysis and system optimization activities Qualifications Education/Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical workflow analysis, health IT systems, or related roles Master’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Certifications: CompTIA CASP+, (ISC)² CISSP Clearance: Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
