Job Overview of Clinician – Bilingual Spanish- Clinic-Based: The Bilingual (Spanish) Clinic-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) as the primary clinician to assigned clients as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of comprehensive mental health services. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday with 2 evenings or Monday-Friday with 3 evenings (7:30pm/8pm) Essential Duties of Clinician- Bilingual Spanish-Clinic Based: Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: * Develops and implements clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records * Provides a minimum of 25 billable hours per week of psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits * Promotes integrated, person-centered care * Generates and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., schools, protective services, etc.) and maintains records of communications * Serves as after hours clinician on a rotating basis as scheduled * Maintains knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice Essential Qualifications of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-Clinic Based: Key qualifications include: * Licensed or license-eligible professional (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) * NYS- LMSW or LCSW preferred. * Bilingual Spanish-Speak, Read and Write * Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescent and families * Knowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based Interventions * Strong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record systems * Excellent oral and written communication skills * Ability to meet session productivity standards Benefits of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-Clinic Based: * Generous PTO, 4 weeks of vacation, floating holidays, holidays, personal and sick time * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Benefits * 401(k) Employer Contributions * Tuition Reimbursement * Flex Spending Accounts * Employer Paid STD, LTD and Life Insurance * Professional Development Physical/Travel Requirements of Clinician-Bilingual Spanish-Clinic Based: * Must have ability to reach, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, kneel, and lift up to 20lbs * Able to travel; Driver’s license required The employee must be able to meet these requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation.
