As the Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: * Conduct clinical assessments, including diagnoses and recommendations, to inform treatment planning. * Conduct intake interviews with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources, presenting applications for review when instructed. * Develop and review treatment plans and Individual Crisis Management Plans with clients during bi-weekly treatment meetings and supervisory sessions. * Conduct advocacy casework, including foster care, CPS, Family Court, Medicaid, Public Assistance, mental health, and substance abuse coordination. * Maintain comprehensive case files, documenting progress toward treatment goals, casework contacts, FASPs, and educational/health activities. * Complete clinical treatment summaries regularly and final discharge reports for the local Social Services District.
