Responsibilities Provide individual and group clinical supervision to CFS clinicians and home-based staff, ensuring effective implementation of treatment and support plans. Develop treatment plans, goals, and objectives; monitor progress and outcomes. Observe and support home-based workers monthly; offer feedback and guidance to ensure fidelity to clinical protocols. Support hiring, orientation, evaluation, training, coaching, and performance management of clinical staff in coordination with the Clinical Director. Assist with day-to-day program operations and serve as acting leadership in the absence of the Clinical Director. Participate in and schedule team meetings, facilitate coordination across locations, and promote consistency in clinical service delivery. Ensure compliance with professional ethics, licensing standards, and Seven Hills Rhode Island (SHRI) policies and procedures. Respond to clinical concerns and emergency situations; escalate significant issues to Clinical Director. Maintain accurate documentation of supervision, treatment activities, and communications with EOHHS, MCOs, and external stakeholders. Provide backup clinical supervision and assist staff with licensure supervision hours as needed. Collaborate with families regarding agency policies, resources, transition planning, and discharge processes. Attend IEP and external stakeholder meetings to advocate for client needs. Promote self-advocacy, rights awareness, and independence for program participants. Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational values in all interactions. Adhere to all training, licensure, safety, and documentation requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills & Knowledge: Excellent communication, documentation, and report-writing abilities. Expertise in child, adolescent, and family mental health. Proficiency in evidence-based treatment planning and behavioral interventions. Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations. Upholds professional ethics, confidentiality, and HIPAA standards. Qualifications Master's degree required in psychology, social work, counseling or related field Requires 5 years clinical experience and supervisory experience in a human service field. Behavioral Health clinical licensed required (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, Licensed psychologist) Active driver's license issued from the state of current residence
