REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with 1 ½ years’ experience with families; Master’s degree, preferred
• Requires a flexible schedule including availability on nights and weekends.
• Driver’s license needed with an acceptable driving history.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

• Provides intensive in-home counseling to CP&P referred families in Middlesex County with 24/7 coverage required
• Case management/documentation and collaboration with CP&P and other providers
