Exciting opportunity exists for a Clinician in the Adolescent Therapeutic Day Program in Fall River! Seeking a creative and team orientated professional who is passionate about assisting youth in managing mental health needs and achieving treatment goals. The clinician will be responsible for the provision of direct services to each adolescent client on assigned case load including the development and review of a comprehensive treatment plan for each youth. Job duties include: Participation in daily groups Maintain consistent phone contact with parents, guardians and collaterals, and complete monthly outreach with youth and family Bi-weekly treatment consults with individual youth members, and attendance at their care plan or other treatment meetings Attend staff meetings, review meetings with state agency, and local community human services provider meetings Provide crisis management to clients Qualifications Masters in Human Services or Social Work or related field, License eligible preferred. Experience working with adolescent and/or young adult population Knowledge of adolescent development, mental health interventions and implementing treatement plans preferred Excellent communication - written and verbal Organization and interpersonal skills Must have a current valid driver's license  and clean driving record as the position requires travel Possess basic computer skills for purpose of data entry and word processing
