This Clinician role supports daily operations in SDS and Pavilion OR, assists staff in rooms, and maintains surgeon preferences. Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including OR experience; ENT or Eye experience is a plus BSN required; if BS is not in nursing, a Master’s or higher in Nursing is required Master’s degree preferred Demonstrated competence as a Professional Staff Nurse Skilled in age-specific patient care and interpreting developmental needs Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment with specialized equipment Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across teams Physical stamina for frequent walking, standing, lifting, and patient positioning Licensure & Certifications: Current RN license in practicing state or multistate NLC license CPR certification (AHA standards) within 30 days of hire National certification preferred Act 34 clearance required UPMC is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veteran
