Start Date: ASAP Work Location: Quezon City Work Arrangement: Hybrid Setup (Once a week reporting in Eton and the rest are WFH); Once or twice/month reporting to client office in Paranaque City Shift: 8am-5pm (Flexi Schedule) | Weekends off Educational Requirement: At least Bachelor's Degree in any allied health courses (Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, Medtech) Must-have Medical licenses Qualifications: At least 4 years experience Pharmacovigilance, drug safety, clinical research background Bedside nurse or clinical experience in a hospital or a clinical setup is a must Pharmaceutical industry preferred Good communication skills Preferred: Experience in medical writing, handling medical devices complaints, safety analysis Job Description: Clinical Review and Utilization Management: Review patient records to ensure treatments meet medical necessity standards, manage prior authorization requests, and analyze insurance claims for accurate, timely decisions that optimize care and control costs. Case Management & Coordination: Assess patient eligibility, secure treatment funding, collaborate with healthcare teams and insurers, develop care plans, monitor progress, and implement interventions to improve outcomes and resource use. Telehealth and Patient Support: Provide non-urgent medical advice, counseling, and education via virtual platforms, answer patient queries, guide symptom management, follow up on prescriptions, and offer emotional support to enhance patient engagement and access to care.
