DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement and own the end-to-end brand marketing strategy and plan including product, retail and consumer marketing (i.e. campaigns, new product launches) across all channels for a specific category
  • Execute marketing plan in partnership with extended DCM (Digital Commerce Marketing) team, Commercial team and external retail partners
  • Accountable for P&L performance and management, marketing campaigns, and collaboration across Pod team and brand team
  • Partner with DCM Media and CRM team for local execution of advertising campaigns
  • Partner with Online and Commercial teams for execution of omnichannel retail plans and activations
  • Work with agency on asset adaptation and production of collateral for all platforms to ensure excellent execution of all marketing activities
  • Lead and support brand events including influencer management, event collateral, on-site operations with external PR agency and/or commercial team
