This is a great opportunity to join our fast-growing Consulting Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
As a CLM Tech Implementation Lead, the successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the technical implementation of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. At times you will act as a solution designer and technology architect, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and leading the end-to-end deployment of technical solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep experience in technology implementation, system integration, and change management within the financial services sector.

This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in leading large-scale technology implementation programmes, particularly within CLM. You will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to drive the successful deployment of CLM solutions.

AS AN EXPERIENCED CLM TECH IMPLEMENTATION LEAD, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Proven Implementation Experience: Extensive experience in leading large-scale technology implementation programmes within the financial services sector, particularly in areas such as CLM, system integration, and technical solution deployment.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions, with a deep understanding of system architecture and integration.
  • Change Management: Demonstrated experience in driving the adoption of new technologies, including change management, training, and communication plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions, including Front Office, Middle Office, and technology teams.
  • Programme Delivery: Strong experience in managing end-to-end programme delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
  • Risk Management: Strong risk management skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks to technology implementation initiatives.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial services operations, particularly in areas such as KYC, CLM, and Front Office/Middle Office functions.
  • Leadership and People Management: Proven experience in leading and managing large teams, with a focus on driving high performance and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Technical Solution Deployment: Understand and manage the full lifecycle of technical solution deployment, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Technology Rollout Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of technology rollouts, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new CLM solutions with existing infrastructure, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Act as a solution designer and technology architect, developing and implementing strategies that align with the organization’s technical and business goals.
  • Change Management: Drive successful adoption of new technologies with minimal business disruption, including change management, training, and communication plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Middle Office, and technology teams to ensure alignment and buy-in for technology initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology implementation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Reporting and Governance: Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and governance bodies, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the implementation process.
