As office receptionist: responsible for daily front office operations for the practice. Tasks include, but not limited to: answering the phone, making patient appointments, assembling charts, collecting co-pays and collecting any balances due, taking and forwarding messages for clinical staff and entering appropriate patient demographic information. Qualifications EDUCATION: High School Graduate or Equivalent – required. PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Prior experience in another physician office practice – preferred.
