Overview Provides complex clinical data entry into patient’s electronic medical chart. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. License, Certification and/or Registration: Current Alabama State Registered Nurses License or multi-state license. Current CPR certification. Experience: Two (2) years of professional nursing in a cardiac setting. Additional Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice to give and evaluate patient care. Skill in identifying problems. Skill in writing and maintaining records and reports. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with physicians, employees, and staff. Ability to communicate clearly. Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions in order to maintain a safe working environment. Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Knowledge of the organization’s policies and procedures. Upholds effective work habits including, but not limited to, regular attendance, teamwork, initiative, dependability, and promptness.
