DESCRIPTION

We are looking for energetic, responsible and dependable LEAD CLOSER Customer Service Team Members! No late nights or Sundays!
This position will work M-F and an occasional Saturday. You start work between 11:30 am and 1:30 PM and are off work by 6:30 PM. You like to keep a tidy space, clean and organized.
Our customers can buy bread, goodies, and sandwiches just about anywhere. What entices them into Great Harvest Bread Company (besides phenomenal products)? You! The folks behind our front counter set our store apart from all the others. Can you put a smile on your face even when you don’t feel like it? Can you keep your cool under pressure, accept criticism graciously, and create a WOW experience for every customer that walks into our store? Are you naturally friendly and helpful? And are you willing to jump in and help where needed? If so, we would love to speak with you!
Pay: starting pay is dependent on availability and experience plus tips.
Must be 18 years old or older due to equipment and tools used in the bakery and café and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
  • Prior LEAD customer service experience preferred but will train the right person
  • Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and

accurately process payments

  • Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
  • Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules,

and regulations.

  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide relevant information
  • Stock bread racks and displays to ensure products are properly displayed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and being on your feet all day
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Dependable with reliable transportation
