JOB SUMMARY

The Closing Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during evening hours. This position is responsible for overseeing all closing procedures, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and food safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the food service industry, including quick service and fine dining environments, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and cash handling procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management.
  • Experience in staff training, interviewing, and team leadership.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to manage shifts effectively while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining establishments is desirable.   • Oversee closing operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Handle cash management, including cash register reconciliation and deposits.

  • Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring quality food production and presentation.
