Our subsidiaries include Alliance Title & Escrow, AmeriTitle, Kittitas Title and Escrow, Momentum Title Agency, and Pacific Alliance Title. 🧭 About the Role As a Closing Real Estate Attorney is responsible for managing the legal aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring that property transfers are completed accurately, legally, and efficiently. 🔍 What You’ll Do * Prepare and assist in review of legal documents necessary for real estate transactions including but not limited to Deeds, Sales Disclosures, Powers of Attorneys, and closing affidavits.  * Review trust, powers of attorneys, estate and corporate documents to confirm authority of parties involved in transactions. * Meet with clients and draft For Sale By Owner sales documents, contracts for deeds, installment sale documents, lease agreements and easements.  * Support staff and closing departments with legal questions related to closing transactions. * Responsible for customer service, communicating via phone, electronically or in person with loan officers, agents, buyers and sellers to complete the closing process.  * Review, organize and understand the loan and title documents used in a closing. * Meet with buyers and sellers to explain the closing and loan documents, witness signatures and notarize the documents and ensure the lender requirements are met.  * Verify the parties’ identities. * Coordinate with loan officers, agents, customers and anyone else involved in the files to make sure closing happens.  * Collect and distribute all necessary funds required for the closing transaction. * Responsible for satisfying the state and lender conditions for funding and recording.  * Address follow up concerns or issues with the parties to the transaction. * Conducting real estate closings for purchases and refinance mortgages.  * Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.  🧠 What You Bring * 1-5 years of experience in title agency or real estate law practice.  * Juris Doctorate, Kentucky and/or Indian Bar License – Active. * Producer/Title License – Kentucky and/or Indiana. * Notary Certification – Kentucky and/or Indiana.   🎁 What We Offer * Comprehensive healthcare coverage * Retirement savings plans with company match *  Generous paid time off and holiday *  Professional development and training opportunities 📬 Apply Today Ready to grow your career in escrow operations?
