OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Closing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the real estate transaction process by ensuring that titles are clear and free of any encumbrances along with conveying the title properly. This position requires a strong understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and relevant regulations, as well as excellent organizational skills to manage multiple transactions efficiently. Mainly handling MODOT and Mobile Home Deals.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in closing real estate transactions is preferred. Although loan processing, title processor, or loan officer.
  • Familiarity with underwriting processes is a plus.
  • Understanding of CFPB guidelines and basic math principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using software applications related to title processing and document management.
