As a Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales and unsold estimates over the phone. Key responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads Great phone closing skills and experience Build and maintain customer relationships Meet and exceed sales targets Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries Pursue new business opportunities Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service. Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals. Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing Prior field Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Meet and exceed client expectations for service Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Want to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives Compensation: $45k base + 2 % for projects sold + 5% for repairs sold Training and development toward your future Medical Insurance Vision / Dental insurance options Paid training time Paid holidays and vacations (PTO starts after 90 days and grows from there) Company vehicle and gas card Company uniforms
