Description We are searching for a Clothing Lead at Hope Bargain Center! This role will be focused on overseeing donation sorting and supporting staff, residents, and volunteers; while maintaining a steady flow of production in the Clothing Department. Job Title: Clothing Lead Classification: Full-time, non-exempt Shift/Schedule: Hours within the range of 8:00am - 6:30pm, rotating Saturday's Experience, Education, and Requirements: Excellent communication skills Leadership abilities Time management skills Lead by example; guide and encourage staff and residents to excel Working knowledge of second-hand goods Basic understanding of clothing items and willingness to learn pricing models Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/or Business Manager Lead in maintaining an intentional, faith-based, healthy, healing community Summary of Job Duties: Manage the flow of merchandise in the Clothing Department Maintain clean, organized, and safe working area Lead and supervise vocational training participants and volunteers Train new staff on Clothing Department tasks Represent organization well to: customers, volunteers, donors, and employees.
