Job Description - Clothing Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products
- Process transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of products and the ability to communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
