Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, identifying key challenges and positioning Slack as a critical solution.
  • Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives to co-sell and unlock new opportunities for Slack.
  • Lead complex sales engagements with multi-stakeholder buying groups, including C-level decision-makers.
  • Craft compelling customer narratives that demonstrate Slack’s transformative impact on collaboration and productivity.
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Own the entire sales process—from pipeline generation to negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Salesforce partners to deliver tailored demos and business cases.
  • Advocate for Slack’s value differentiation and guide commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Represent Slack at industry events and share thought leadership insights to inspire customer innovation.
