Description

We are seeking a Cloud Administrator with hands-on experience in Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining security and performance, and providing basic infrastructure and network administration support. Experience with Fortinet solutions, including FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitches, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Administer, monitor, and maintain Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud environments. Manage cloud resources, virtual machines, storage, networking, backups, and security configurations. Support cloud infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migrations. Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and proactively address issues. Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, and connectivity issues. Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related infrastructure services. Configure and support VPN connectivity and network security controls. Assist in the administration of FortiGate firewalls and FortiSwitch infrastructure. Implement and maintain cloud security best practices and compliance requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure service reliability and performance. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Banking experience is plus 3–5 years of experience in cloud administration and infrastructure support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Alibaba Cloud. Experience managing virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and cloud security services. Good understanding of Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization technologies. Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching. Experience with Fortinet solutions, particularly FortiGate firewalls and/or FortiSwitches. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Azure and Alibaba Cloud environments, including virtual machines, storage, and networking. Provide infrastructure support, monitor system performance, and administer Fortinet security solutions.
