Overview As a Cloud & AI Sales Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing specialists driving adoption and consumption of Microsoft Cloud solutions across Azure, AI, and Data Platform. This role is pivotal in accelerating digital transformation for our customers in Europe South, ensuring alignment with MCC priorities and delivering business growth. Responsibilities Leadership & Coaching Manage and develop a team of Cloud & AI Specialists, fostering a culture of growth mindset and customer obsession. Drive clarity on priorities and accountability for results. Sales Strategy & Execution Define and execute regional strategy for Cloud & AI workloads in alignment with MCC objectives. Ensure pipeline health and accurate forecasting. Customer Engagement Build executive-level relationships with strategic customers. Position Microsoft as a trusted advisor for AI and Cloud transformation. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Customer Success, Partner Organisation, and Marketing to deliver integrated solutions. Align with global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent execution. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Proven experience in Cloud and AI solution sales and team leadership. Strong understanding of Azure, AI, Data Platform, and competitive landscape. Ability to lead through influence and drive complex deals to closure. Excellent communication and executive engagement skills. Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus. Preferred skills: Strategic thinking with operational excellence. Experience in managing diverse teams across multiple geographies. Passion for innovation and customer success.
