Description
Inbox Business Technologies is looking for a Cloud and EDN Engineer, who is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing cloud and enterprise data network (EDN) services to ensure high availability, performance, and security. This role involves supporting the deployment, configuration, and administration of cloud platforms and enterprise networking solutions, as well as troubleshooting service issues within defined SLAs. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to deliver efficient and reliable cloud and network operations. Responsibilities Monitor and maintain Cloud and EDN services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Support the deployment, configuration, and administration of cloud platforms, enterprise WAN/LAN, VPN. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests related to cloud and network services within agreed SLAs. Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution and service delivery. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ITIL processes, and security standards. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including service records, configurations, and change management logs. Conduct capacity planning and reporting analysis; recommend improvements for cloud and network environments. Assist in implementing new cloud technologies and enterprise networking solutions. Basic knowledge and customer service of Cloud services. Bachelor of Science (BS or BSc.), or related field of study. 1 to 2 years experience. Microsoft Office 365 applications, Outlook. Strong understanding of Cloud platforms and networking technologies (WAN/LAN,). Knowledge of ITIL practices for Incident, Problem, and Change Management. Familiarity with network monitoring, automation, and ITSM processes. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and under pressure situations. Effective communication skills Must be good in Oral and written English
