• build and maintain ci/cd pipelines to automate testing, builds and deployments
• set up monitoring and logging with cloudwatch and aws x-ray to keep systems running smoothly

what you need to bring

• a strong background combining core python development with hands-on aws infrastructure work
• hands-on experience with s3, lambda, ecs, sqs, rds and ec2
• proven experience deploying environments with terraform
• experience with docker and container orchestration such as ecs
• familiarity with data transformation strategies, high-volume data streams, and solid git and ci/cd practices (desirable)

why you'll love this job

• genuine end-to-end ownership, from writing the code to designing the infrastructure it runs on
• the flexibility to work remotely or hybrid, with just occasional visits to a collaborative southwest uk-based team
• the chance to work with the latest aws technologies on complex, large-scale data challenges, where you can see your work err, work, in the real world!

if you want to solve complex problems and desire genuine ownership over both the code and the cloud it runs on (not to mention, joining an excellent team) we'd love to hear from you! apply today to find out more.
