The position would suit someone early in their cloud career, ready to step into a hands-on role supporting customers across modern cloud environments.  You might currently be working in a Level 2 or Level 3 Service Desk role, with an interest in Cloud and having completed an AZ-104.  You’ll bring an interest in cloud technology, your willingness to learn, and your ability to build strong relationships with customers.  Ko tō mahi – What you will do  As part of our Cloud team, you’ll work alongside experienced Cloud Engineers and Consultants to support the delivery and ongoing management of customer cloud environments. You’ll build direct relationships with customers through regular communication, reporting, and operational support activities.  This role combines technical development with customer interaction, making it well suited to someone who enjoys both technology and working with people.  What you’ll be responsible for  * Supporting the day-to-day operational management of Cloud (particularly Azure) environments * Assisting with cloud monitoring, reporting, and service administration activities * Working alongside Cloud Engineers and Consultants to resolve customer issues and deliver outcomes * Preparing and sharing customer reporting and operational updates * Identifying opportunities to automate reporting, operational tasks, and cloud administration processes using scripting and cloud-native tools * Building strong working relationships with customers through clear and professional communication * Identifying opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and customer experience Nā tōu rourou - What you will bring  * Experience in a Level2or Level2Service Desk, IT Support, or similar technical support role * Microsoft Azure Administrator certification (AZ-104) * A genuine interest in cloud technologies and building a career in cloud engineering * Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers * A proactive approach to learning and problem solving * The ability to work collaboratively within a high-performing technical team * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Nōu te rourou – Why join us?  This is an opportunity to build your cloud career in a team that will actively invest in your development.
