Implement and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools (CloudFormation / Terraform). Monitor performance, optimize costs, and ensure high availability and scalability. Configure and maintain security controls including IAM policies, KMS, WAF, GuardDuty, and overall cloud security posture. Handle incident response, troubleshoot cloud issues, and support 24/7 operations as needed. Data Center Operations Manage day-to-day data center operations: server provisioning, racking/stacking, cabling, and hardware maintenance. Maintain physical and virtual server infrastructure (VMware/Hyper-V). Monitor power, cooling, and environmental systems; coordinate with vendors for upgrades or repairs. Perform backup/restore operations, storage management (SAN/NAS), and DR/BCP activities. Patch management, OS upgrades, firmware updates, and regular audits. Networking Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. Manage VPCs, subnets, routing tables, VPNs, and Direct Connect connections. Responsibilities
