This is what you bring with you

• Cloud Data Excellence: You have several successfully implemented data projects in a public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on: building data lakes, implementing data pipelines, platform architecture or data warehousing
• Certifications: You have already obtained at least one Associate-level certification in Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric or AWS/Azure Data Engineering
• Data platform expertise: You bring in-depth knowledge of at least one big data technology (Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric or AWS Glue) and demonstrable project experience.
• Big Data Experience: You bring in-depth knowledge of modern Big Data technologies such as Apache Spark / Apache Flink and data formats such as Delta and Iceberg.
• Coding fitness: Proficient in Python, Scala and SQL
• DevOps & IaC Excellence: You are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform) and modern MLOps techniques.
• Communication & Flexibility: Very good German and English skills as well as willingness to travel within Germany for project-related reasons.
