This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy designing and developing scalable cloud-native applications, working with large datasets, and collaborating with data engineering teams. The position requires hands-on expertise in GCP BigQuery, Datafusion, and infrastructure tools such as Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Cloud Run. What you’ll do Write and debug complex SQL and PL/SQL queries in GCP BigQuery. Build and maintain GCP-based infrastructure using Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, and Cloud Run. Collaborate with data engineers to process and manage large datasets using GCP services including BigQuery and Cloud Storage. Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability of cloud applications. Develop unit tests and maintain documentation to ensure code quality and maintainability. Troubleshoot and debug cloud-based applications and services in production environments. Apply cloud-native development principles across projects. Work with both SQL and NoSQL database systems and data processing frameworks. Who you are Experienced professional with 7–10 years in SQL, PL/SQL, and cloud-based development. Proficient in GCP BigQuery and Datafusion. Skilled in building and maintaining GCP infrastructure. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
