Administer Windows Server (2003-2022) and Active Directory environments. Manage virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. Oversee server patching, health monitoring, and performance optimization. Utilize PowerShell for automation and task orchestration. Support AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure as needed. Create and maintain documentation, including KBs and SOPs. Provide incident management for P1/P2 issues and customer communication.
