CLOUD DEVELOPER SENIOR – SECRET

In this critical role, you’ll support a major contract by delivering and sustaining essential technology services, development tools, and architectural guidance across multiple Agile teams. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Clearance: Active Secret

• Experience in Data Architecture: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience designing and
  implementing data architectures, including large-scale data environments such as data lakes,

  data warehouses, and data mesh frameworks.

• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), particularly for data storage, processing, and analytics.

• Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated two (2) years of experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project execution.
• Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related technical field, preferred.

• Participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for cloud applications.
• Expertise in AWS or Azure cloud management, including key services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPCs, Lambda, Load Balancing/Auto-Scaling, and IAM for managing cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in IaC using tools like Ansible, Packer, and AWS CloudFormation to automate cloud deployments and maintain configuration consistency.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with tools like Bamboo to enable efficient software development and deployment in the cloud.
• Strong skills in monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana) for proactive cloud performance monitoring, anomaly detection, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices, including network security, data encryption, multi-factor authentication, and integration with cloud security services like AWS Security Hub.
• Experience working in an Agile organization using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and SAFe.
• Provide team specific training as needed.
