We work in focused, agile teams called Pods—groups of technical professionals who come together to build and maintain cloud platforms. Hybrid working : The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We’re looking for individuals with a range of experiences and backgrounds. If you meet some (not all) of the criteria below, we still encourage you to apply:

• Experience in platform engineering using tools such as Azure or AWS, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and end-to-end service delivery.
• A background in infrastructure and networking is helpful, as is experience working in agile teams.
• Experience deploying enterprise cloud solutions using code-based approaches.
• Ability to lead or contribute to technical discussions across architecture and engineering teams.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

As a key member of a Cloud Pod, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to both project-based and foundational engineering work. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of Cloud DevOps Engineers and be encouraged to:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud platforms with a focus on reusability, standardisation, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Work in agile, outcome-focused teams that align closely with client goals.
• Grow your expertise through training, certifications, and hands-on experience.Contribute to the evolution of Capgemini’s cloud offerings through shared learning and innovation
