Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Cloud & DevOps Engineer, you’ll join a growing team to help build and scale the infrastructure that supports our global coffee-focused applications from bean to cup. Our systems collect, process, and analyze data across roasting, brewing, and environmental metrics to help users improve quality and efficiency.
As part of the Cloud Engineering team, you’ll lead initiatives to enhance our infrastructure, automation, and systems. You’ll collaborate closely with software developers to solve challenges and implement scalable solutions using Terraform and AWS. Creative thinking and teamwork are central to how we work.
We’re looking for someone with experience in AWS infrastructure, strong collaboration and troubleshooting skills, and a good grasp of software development best practices. Passion, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are just as important as technical skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and implement a scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for our services in AWS
  • Improve the automation of our software development lifecycle
  • Manage the configuration of cloud services using infrastructure as code
  • Perform research and make an in-depth analysis of infrastructure projects
  • Keep our environments and services up-to-date and running smoothly
  • Continuously improve and refine deployment strategy (CI/CD)
  • Improve our monitoring and alerting strategy for our services
  • Utilize your experience and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve production issues
  • Incident and event response, together with the software engineers
