The ideal candidate will contribute to secure, efficient, and scalable cloud solutions, emphasizing identity and access management, M365/O365 administration, and network/security practices. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operational reliability, compliance, and performance while supporting business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Configure and manage secure access controls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies to protect cloud-based systems.
  • Support the integration and lifecycle management of user identities, including synchronization with systems like Workday for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Monitor and optimize M365/O365 licenses, user accounts, and service configurations to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, such as Azure Firewall, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Virtual Network (VNet) configurations, to ensure secure connectivity.
  • Assist in deploying and managing Azure services, including IaaS and PaaS solutions, with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations to meet service-level objectives.
  • Implement backup and recovery processes for M365/O365 data and Azure resources to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR) and company policies.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and resolving network, security, and identity-related issues in Azure environments.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvements, and knowledge sharing to enhance team operations.
  • Support on-call rotations for resolving critical issues related to cloud services and identity management.
  • Stay updated on Azure, M365, and O365 features, recommending improvements to align with business needs.
