Collaborates on the design, development and testing of technical solutions. Responsible for ensuring proper code documentation is completed. Participates in project kick-off calls and solution delivery handoff meetings. Builds and maintains secure cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Implements cloud security controls including firewalls, IAM policies, encryption, and secure networking. Automates cloud deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation with security embedded. Collaborates with cybersecurity teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud operations. Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, ISO 27001) in cloud configurations. Analyzes and recommends solutions and technology to achieve clients' needs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related roles. Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration in cloud environments.
