Shape the IT cloud infrastructure of tomorrow! As a Cloud Administrator/Cloud Engineer (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the development and operation of modern cloud solutions. You will also be responsible for the further development and operation of server, storage, and backup environments. You will work on hybrid and multi-cloud environments and ensure that our IT solutions remain innovative, secure, and future-proof. Developing and operating modern cloud infrastructures (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) and hybrid IT landscapes.
Administering and further developing server, storage, and backup environments
Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the cloud infrastructure through monitoring and optimization.
Integrating and operating cloud solutions into existing on-premises and Microsoft environments (e.g., Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365)
Automating deployments, backups, and infrastructure processes using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, PowerShell)
Performing updates, patches, error analysis and troubleshooting in the cloud environment
Planning, implementing and optimizing cloud solutions within the framework of demanding IT projects, especially migrations, modernizations and infrastructure expansions in interdisciplinary teams as well as with customers in external projects.
Creating, maintaining and developing technical documentation, as well as ensuring compliance with and further development of cloud policies.

Qualifications

Completed studies or training in the field of computer science or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience with cloud technologies
Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure administration (Azure, AWS, GCP) and virtualization, as well as good PowerShell skills.
Experience in the integration of cloud and on-premises solutions as well as in the administration of Windows and Linux servers.
Knowledge of automation tools and Infrastructure as Code is an advantage.
Very good German and English skills
