Learn more at experianplc.com. Job Description As a Cloud Engineer you will be working in a high-performance team of Cloud and Infrastructure support professionals. You will predominantly be responsible for the delivery of operational excellence in the support and management of our cloud infrastructure. You will assist the Cloud Platform team to provide support for the entire business, customers and business partners as required. This role encompasses Cloud SaaS and PaaS, Servers, Containers, Vulnerability Management, and project group support. Key Responsibilities Perform administration & level 1/2 support of both Windows and Linux Servers Perform administration of Azure and AWS Cloud Platforms Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes or workarounds to restore service quickly. Responsible for Vulnerability Remediation of Windows and Linux Servers and Cloud Services (Azure and AWS) Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring clear guidance for recurring tasks, fixes, and known issues Provide support for upgrades and implementations Contribute to automation and process improvement, helping to streamline common support activities and reduce manual effort Qualifications Key Technical Skills 3 years working with and maintaining a mixed Windows and Linux server environment in a cloud environment. Knowledge of and experience working with Azure and AWS platforms Preferably tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline Key skills and attributes Good Troubleshooting skills for network, server and cloud issues Great Customer service Team player but also able to work solo Ability to learn new technologies and skills Ability to create clear, concise and user-friendly technical documentation Experience with patch management tools including SCCM, AWS SSM, and Azure Update Manager Scripting proficiency in Bash and PowerShell for automation and maintenance tasks Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a focus on minimizing downtime Additional Information What We Offer Hybrid work model 20 days of annual leave Comprehensive medical and hospitalization coverage (including dependents) Additional Information Our uniqueness is that we truly celebrate yours. Responsibilities
