THE ROLE

We need a Cloud Engineer to join our Cloud team at Festina Group Technology. You will build and run the cloud infrastructure that everything else depends on. Pipelines from device, app, backend and sales. A warehouse that actually performs. Data that is available, reliable and costs what it should.

Without solid cloud infrastructure, everything else becomes slow, manual or broken. You are the person who makes sure that never happens.

YOU WILL

•  Build and maintain data pipelines and cloud infrastructure across device, app, backend and sales

•  Improve and maintain the data warehouse so it stays fast, clean and cost-effective

•  Make sure data and services are available and reliable for the teams who depend on them

•  Handle data governance, access control and security across the platform

•  Set up and manage efficient CI/CD pipelines

•  Own performance and cost optimisation across the platform

YOU BRING

•  6 or more years building data pipelines and working with databases, both SQL and NoSQL

•  Solid experience using AWS, including API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM and more

•  Experience with CI/CD using GitHub and GitLab

•  Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and Python skills

•  Experience with data governance, IAM, access control and IT security

•  A real understanding of distributed systems and data architecture, not just the surface level
