As a member of 27Global’s Cloud Engineering Team, you’ll play a key role in helping our clients modernize their IT infrastructure and help them pursue next-generation cloud innovation. Our Cloud Engineering team is composed of skilled Cloud Architects, Cloud Engineers, and Site Reliability Engineers with a commitment to keeping up with emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, to maintain our competitive advantage in the design, development, and implementation of large-scale projects in the cloud.
As Cloud Engineer III, you’ll be serving as an escalation point for complex issues, while working closely with onshore and offshore cloud engineers to design, plan and implement cloud solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with an emphasis on project leadership responsibilities.

• Serve as technical expert for various Cloud Engineering projects (AWS)
• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to present project updates and work progress
• Assist with Cloud Architect responsibilities
• Manage and optimize cost, scalability and performance of cloud infrastructure using industry best practices
• Design and implement cloud solutions using infrastructure as code
• Formally and informally mentor junior cloud engineer
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide SRE support.
