We are looking for a passionate and driven Cloud Engineer to join our team supporting critical systems in the Defence sector . You will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to design, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable infrastructure environments. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working on high-stakes, mission-critical systems for national defence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure, system administration, or related roles.
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Good communication and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a development team to implement and manage system and network infrastructure for project deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA timelines, and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to Operation Lead, Service Delivery Manager, or relevant vendors/OEMs for resolution.
  • Implement service requests and change requests, ensuring timely completion within SLA.
  • Apply approved patches, software releases, and configuration changes based on change management procedures.
  • Perform system backups and recovery as needed, and conduct regular testing of backup integrity.
  • Maintain accurate system configuration and documentation.
  • Support the integration of new technologies into existing environments to enhance system performance and security.
