We are looking for you as Cloud Engineer m/f/d at our location in Timisoara or Munich, to jointly shape working worlds for the future.

• For technically complex topics, you will act on behalf of Cloud Operations team as the technical contact for our customers
• Managing and implementing OnPrem to Cloud migrations on your own, from the initial technical kick-off call through to the completion of the productive migration of our enterprise software products
• Assist in internal migration projects / transitioning our enterprise products between ATOSS infrastructures
• Implementation of SSO (OIDC and SAML) setup for our ATOSS Cloud Customers and our on-premises customers
• Planning and execution of the technical connection of various customer interfaces (e. g. VPN, WebServices, Terminal network connections…)
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents with professionalism
• Opportunity to contribute and implement your own ideas, enhancing the Cloud Operations team
  All customer collaboration tasks are to be performed exclusively remotely
