What are you going to do?

• Developing and managing cloud infrastructures in Microsoft Azure, AWS, and our Dutch sovereign cloud, using Infrastructure as Code.
• Contribute to building standardized landing zones, including network architecture, identity & access management, monitoring, and security controls.
• Working with modern cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, Prometheus, EntraID, and API Management.
• Designing and configuring complex network structures, virtual networks, firewalls, and application gateways.
• You strengthen our clients' core infrastructure by analyzing, modernizing, and optimizing critical systems, and actively advise on improvements to make the client's environment future-proof.
• Automating provisioning, updates, and compliance checks via CI/CD and GitOps pipelines.
• Actively advising clients on scalability, security, network connectivity, and availability, and acting as the technical point of contact.
• Work closely with our Security Operations Center (SOC) on the detection and response to security incidents.
• Contribute to the roadmap of our cloud services and initiatives to improve our own cloud proposition.

Bring this with you

• In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform) and experience in setting up repeatable, scalable infrastructures.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) in production environments.
• Strong insight into identity & access management, network architectures and cloud security, virtualized environments, and experience applying these in complex client environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Azure Monitor) and automating deployment and compliance processes.
• Bachelor or university master in IT.
