a Cloud Engineer to join our international Cloud & Hosting Team.

Your impact##As a leading European media group, Mediahuis ensures millions of readers can access fast, stable, and secure websites like telegraaf.nl and nieuwsblad.be. As a Cloud Engineer, you’ll help build and maintain the infrastructure behind those brands. You take ownership of operations, improve system architecture, and support developers with cloud and automation expertise. You’ll work in an agile, international team with colleagues in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. You are responsible for communication and support in case of issues with the web hosting environment. You also document your work thoroughly and take a structural approach to resolving instability.

##ADDITIONALLY, YOU…##

As a Cloud & Hosting Engineer, you support development teams with your cloud infrastructure expertise.
With your experience and natural leadership, you help align infrastructure more closely with our DEV teams.
You stay up to date with trends and developments in web hosting, DevOps, and the Cloud ecosystem.
After an onboarding period, you will participate in an on-call rotation.
You actively spot improvements, solve complex problems under pressure, and keep an eye on cost efficiency. You stay on top of cloud trends and contribute to a future-proof platform — one that grows with our ambitions.

Your workplace## You’ll work in TPS, Mediahuis’ international IT & data organization. In the Cloud & Hosting team, a team of 7 colleagues. You collaborate with engineers and developers to ensure a scalable, reliable, and secure cloud environment for all our digital brands across Europe.
