OVERVIEW:

Join us as a key technology partner in advancing Singapore’s defence and security landscape. As part of a dedicated development team, you will work closely with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Leads to design, implement, and maintain robust system and network infrastructures for mission-critical projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in system or infrastructure engineering.
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive and diligent approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured and logical approach to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve technical incidents within SLA, including conducting thorough root cause analysis and long-term resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved incidents or systemic issues to the Operations Lead or Service Delivery Manager in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with OEMs, vendors, or subcontractors for advanced technical support as required.
  • Execute service and change requests efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed within SLA.
  • Manage deployment of patches, software releases, and configuration changes in accordance with approved change requests.
  • Perform regular backups and manage system recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
  • Conduct scheduled testing to validate system configuration and integrity of backup data.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system configurations and documentation.
  • Support the integration of new technologies and services into existing environments.
